Born and raised in New York, Rich moved to Rockland County and joined the Dominican College Residence Life staff as an Assistant Director of Residence Life in Hertel Hall, overseeing Student Conduct in February 2010.

He holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Educational Administration and Policy Studies from the University at Albany. Rich began his Residential Life experience in 2002 as a Residence Hall Director at the University at Albany, shortly after receiving his Master’s degree. He spent the next few years, growing personally and professionally, while serving as Senior Residence Director and Director of Summer Conference Housing at the University at Albany.

Before arriving at Dominican College, Rich lived in Massachusetts and worked as an Assistant Director of Residence Life at Bentley University.  While at Dominican College, Rich has served as the advisor to the DC Chefs Club, and created the Men’s Initiative Program, geared towards freshmen male residents.

Rich is currently the Assistant Director of Guzman Hall and he enjoys reading, watching and playing various sports, and is a huge movie fan.
