Chad Duesler graduated from Dominican College in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. At the conclusion of his own college baseball career, Chad came on board as Associate Head Baseball Coach. Duesler has also served as the Assistant Facility Manager of the Hennessy Center and Granito Center since 2014. Prior to his current position, Chad worked in Residence Life as an Assistant Director.

Duesler was a 4-year starter for the Chargers baseball program and led the team to their most winningest season, going 42-14 as a team, leading to the NCAA Baseball Regional. In 2005 he was named Most Valuable Player of the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Tournament.

From 2010-2014 Duesler was part of the Rockland Boulders, a professional independent baseball team in the CAN-AM League. He served as a player and an assistant coach and finished his profession baseball career in 2014, winning the league championship.

Duesler belongs to the ABCA Baseball Coaches Association, which is the primary professional organization for baseball coaches at the amateur level.

Chad has earned his fitness trainer certification through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) in 2017, along with his certification in CPR and AED.

Chad and his family have a maple syrup business located in upstate New York where they produce and sell maple products. He currently resides in Garnerville NY with his wife, Lindsay, daughter, Olivia, and their dog, Angel.
