Accessibility

Select library computers contain screen reader software including JAWS and ZoomText. Computers may also have literacy support software such as Read & Write. Please ask a library staff member which computers are equipped with this type of software.

Printing, Scanning and Copying

Use a DC1-Card to print, copy or make a PDF scan on our three TASKalfa machines. You'll need a DC1-Card to release any jobs to these machines. Printing costs $0.05 per page. Copies are $0.10 per page. Machines can print in black and white, not color.

DC1-Card funding can be replenished on the ADM machine located between the Huston and Holt rooms. This ADM accepts cash only. However, you can use a credit card to add money to your card online at https://dc1card.dc.edu.

Wireless Access

Access to Wi-Fi is available throughout the Library. From your Wi-Fi settings, select the network name according to your affiliation with the College. Students can join "DC Student". Faculty, staff, and administrators can join "DC Faculty". Visitors can join "DC Guest".

Charging Station

The Library has a charging station in the Learning Commons. The station can charge up to 8 Apple and micro USB-enabled mobile devices at once.
