Club Charter Application

This form is to be completed for all new and returning clubs in order to be officially recognized by Dominican College. In addition to this form, each club must have a Club Advisor Agreement on file for each academic year. This form must be completed by the club's advisor.
  • If this application is being submitted before the beginning of the fall semester, please enter 2017-2018. If chartering mid-year, enter Spring 2018.

    Please make sure that all proposed officers meet the cumulative GPA requirement of 2.5 or higher.

  • At least 5 members must be degree-seeking full-time or part-time students at DC for the 2016-2017 academic year (club officers are considered the first four members of the list). Include ID numbers, phone numbers, and DC email addresses.
  • NEW REQUIREMENT: Mission-Oriented, Campus-Wide Event

    Each club is required to host one (1) mission-oriented, campus-wide event per semester. This program must exhibit the purpose of the club and must be open to the campus community, not just club members. Budgets will be distributed upon completion of these requirements.
  • The proposed budget for the club should include anticipated revenues and the expenditures from fundraisers and events. Please keep in mind that half of the club's allocated budget will be available for the fall semester. Upon completion of the mission-oriented, campus-wide programming requirement, the second half of the club's allocated budget will be dispersed into the club's budget for use in the spring semester.
