James P. Cullen, Brigadier General, US Army (ret.), will deliver the address at the College’s 60th Commencement Exercises. General Cullen is a distinguished military leader and expert on the national benefit of closing Guantanamo and ending the use of torture to extract military information.

Doors open for general admission at 12:30 pm.

Graduates must report to the lower level of the Westchester County Center by 1:00 pm for robing and the forming of the processional.
