Assistant Registrar

Dominican College seeks a dynamic individual for the position of Assistant Registrar. Reporting to the Registrar this individual has responsibility of providing service to students, faculty and staff of the College as well as maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data using Jenzabar EX. Responsibilities include maintaining the course schedules, the Registrar’s operational calendar, the Student Information System course catalog, graduation protocols and assisting with the Degree Audit system. Also, maintaining statistical reports and verifying transmissions from the NSC to the NSLDS and correcting NSC/NSLDS error reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years higher education experience preferably in the Registrar’s Office; proficiency in Jenzabar. Must have knowledge of FERPA and strong technology skills; excellent written and verbal communications skills; well-developed organizational and time management skills and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed.
