Assistant Professor of Nursing and Coordinator of the Weekend Accelerated BS in Nursing (WABSN)

The Division of Nursing seeks an outstanding candidate for this full-time nursing faculty position commencing August 15, 2020. This program is in session for 36 weekends a year from September through early August.

Qualifications: Full-time faculty member able to teach in a weekend format, responsible for teaching 14 credits per year in lecture and/or clinical courses. Preferred areas of expertise include “Parent-Child Nursing”, “Medical/Surgical Nursing”, and “Nursing Leadership & Management.”

As Coordinator of the WABSN program, is responsible for the day to day operations of the program, student advisement, establishing clinical placements, and recruitment of qualified faculty.

Requirements: Master’s degree in nursing, administrative experience, experience with online teaching, be licensed in NY and NJ.
