Called the Jimi Hendrix of the violin by The New York Times, "She electrifies the crowd with a dazzling show of virtuoso playing" says The Irish Times. Ivers combines heart and passion with incredible technical precision. Her recording credits include over 80 contemporary and traditional albums and numerous movie scores. Eileen is regarded as one of the great innovators Celtic and World music. Her prowess with the fiddle has won her not only nine All-Ireland Fiddle Championships, but also the admiration of musicians from Sting to The Chieftains to the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra.
