MG 341 Human Relations of Management (3)
The behavioral aspects of the social system inherent in an organizational environment are stressed. Typical managerial issues discussed are alienation, automation, bureaucracy, collective behavior, and race relations. Designed for the student who plans a career in management, or the small-business entrepreneur, and for those who deal with the patterned interactions of people in business. Prerequisite: MG 211.
