Below you will find information on how to submit maintenance and laundry service requests:

Maintenance Form RequestsLaundry Machine Service Requests
The facilities team works hard to address student repair requests the day or day after it is submitted. This can include a leaky faucet, blown light bulb, new shower curtain (to be delivered to your AD), a broken switch plate, or a variety of other items. Submit and email to maintenance@dc.edu and make sure to include the following:

  • Name and a contact phone number
  • Building and room number
  • Issue to be addressed

Emergency Maintenance Issues
There are a few issues that are considered emergency issues. These include heat, hot water, toilet issues, and power problems. If you have an issue with any of these things ask security, your AD (from 9am-5pm), or the RA on duty (from 5pm-9am) to call maintenance immediately to have the issue addressed.

ASI, our laundry provider works hard to maintain or laundry machines. They send a technician to all of our buildings once a week. Sometimes a machine will break down in-between service and it is so easy to put in a request to have it repaired. After a request is submitted, they send a technician with in 24 hours.

All you need to provide is the six digit machine number found in the upper corner of the machine (EX: X6D-627).

You can put in a request one of two ways:

  1. Go to their website and put in the machine number and the issue you have.
  2. Download the Coinmach Serve Request App for iPhone or Android and put the request in right from your smart phone.  You can also monitor your laundry and see if any machines are available 24/7.
