PS 223 Forensic Psychology I (3)

This course is designed to examine the theory, research, and application of motivation as it relates to our understanding the processes that activate our behaviors. A biological, cognitive, and behavioral approach will be applied to various areas, such as: arousal, sleep, stress, health, hunger, aggression, modeling, pain, sensation-seeking, conformity, and self-actualization. The relationship between motivation and emotion will also be briefly explored.
